BD Board Declares Dividend: May 20, 2009

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Becton Dickinson's board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $.33 per share.

The dividend is payable on June 30 to shareholders of record as of June 9.

BD said that the indicated annual dividend rate is $1.32 per share.
