Bayer HealthCare Licenses Genomatix ChipInspector Array-Analysis Tool

NEW YORK, May 22 (GenomeWeb News) - Bayer HealthCare has licensed Genomatix's ChipInspector microarray analysis tool , Genomatix said today.

 

Scientists at the drug maker will use ChipInspector to analyze raw data from Affymetrix GeneChip and Exon arrays. The platform uses a single probe approach based on Genomatix's ElDorado annotation pipeline, according the company said. The annotation drive platform integrates literature and pathway mining in one system.

 

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
