AviaraDx Lab Receives CAP Certification

NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) - AviaraDx said this week that its CLIA lab in Carlsbad, Calif., has received accreditation from the College of American Pathology.

The lab offers two molecular oncology tests, one for determining risk of a recurrence of node-negative breast cancer and another that is used to classify metastatic cancer tumors.

AvariaDx CEO Antonius Schuh said the CAP accreditation will ensure that “our new molecular oncology tests meet the highest quality standards in the clinical laboratory industry.”
