Aveo Pharmaceuticals Licenses GeneGo's MetaCore Suite 4.5 | GenomeWeb
NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) — GeneGo said yesterday that Aveo Pharmaceuticals has licensed its MetaCore 4.5 data-mining suite.
 
The latest version of the suite has disease enrichment and functional ontology functions, and is used to help target, select, and validate biomarkers.
 
The suite, which can concurrently visualize gene expression, proteomics, genetic, and metabolic data, has a management system that can be used to upload and handle thousands of genome-wide files, the company said.
