Applied Precision Files for IPO | GenomeWeb
NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) - Applied Precision filed for an initial public offering with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the company said yesterday.
 
All shares of Applied Precision's common stock to be sold will be offered by the company. The number of shares to be offered and the price range have not yet been determined.
 
The underwriters of the offering will be CIBC World Markets. Cowen and Company and Canaccord Adams are co-managers, the company said.
