Ambry Genetics Settles Roche PCR Infringement Claim | GenomeWeb
NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) - Roche Diagnostics has agreed to a settlement offer from Ambry Genetics in a case involving patent infringement for Roche’s polymerase chain reaction and related technology, Roche said today.
 
Under the settlement, Roche has agreed to drop arbitration proceedings against the Ambry in return for payment of past royalties of an undisclosed amount in the field of human in vitro diagnostics.
