NEW YORK (GenomeWeb News) – Applied Biosystems will offer Digilab Genomic Solutions’ HydroShear DNA shearing device along with its SOLiD genetic analysis system, Digilab said today.
 
The HydroShear uses hydrodynamic shearing forces to fragment DNA strands, Digilab said, making it ideal for sequencing library preparation.
 
Terms of the supply and reseller agreement were not disclosed.
