Researchers Characterize Behavior of Single-Stranded DNA Translocating Through a Nanopore

Researchers from the Kavli Institute of Nanoscience in the Netherlands showed that single-stranded DNA produces larger spikes and has a longer translocation time through a nanopore than double-stranded DNA.
