USPTO to Reexamine Roche Nucleic Acid Amplification and Detection Patent
The patent reexamination is intended to challenge a larger "PCR patents duopoly" enjoyed by Roche and Life Technologies, according to an associate at the IP firm that initiated the patent reexamination last month.
