WaferGen to Raise $30M to Ramp Up SmartChip Sales and Marketing
WaferGen is planning a $30.4 million private placement financing of equity and debt in order to ramp up sales and marketing efforts for its SmartChip Real-Time PCR system and consumables, launched last year.
