Riken Team Uses Heliscope to Analyze Transcription in FANTOM5 Project

Researchers of the fifth phase of the project are using a method developed in-house, called HeliscopeCAGE, which is being deployed on the center's four Helicos machines to study transcriptional start sites in primary cells.
