1K Genomes Project Completes WGS and Exome Sequencing of 1K Individuals, IDs 20M Novel SNPs
The project has completed low-coverage whole-genome sequencing for 1,094 samples; whole-exome sequencing for 997 of those individuals, and SNP array genotyping for 1,542 individuals.
