USPTO Grants PacBio's Reexamination Request of Four Helicos Patents; Helicos Files Response for First Patent
The USPTO has ordered the reexamination of four patents, rejecting their claims in a non-final action. In its response to the reexamination of one of the patents, Helicos requested confirmation of the patentability of the claims.
