Lab Group to Ask Congress for Statutory Changes to Keep LDTs Under CLIA
American Clinical Laboratory Association's board has "conceptually agreed" to ask Congress for legislative changes that would keep laboratory-developed tests under the purview of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' CLIA regulations.
