Cancer Genome Atlas Aims to Sequence 3,000 Tumor/Normal Pairs by Year-End
The TCGA program director for the National Human Genome Research Institute said that the project is currently sequencing an average of 250 cases per week — an increase from 150 cases per week in 2010.
