OBF Participation in GSoC 2010 Bears Fruit for Open Source; Expectations High for 2011
Last year's OBF interns in the Google Summer of Code program developed tools for multiple sequence alignments, made improvements to codes used to manipulate protein structure data, and developed methods of inferring gene duplications, among other projects.
