OSC Supercomputer, Glenn, Comes in Handy for Protein Evolution Study
Researchers at OSU used the 75-teraflop supercomputer to perform sequence alignments and statistical analysis as well as to generate phylogenetic trees to shed light on the evolutionary history of the PARP protein family.
