Accelrys, Oxford Nanopore Partner on Software Development for Single-molecule NGS Platform
As part of the deal, nanopore-specific data analysis pipelines for Accelrys' Pipeline Pilot will be offered as the preferred and supported software for secondary and higher level data analysis for Oxford's Nanopore sequencing system upon its commercialization.
