Life Tech Sues GenMark for Infringing Nucleic Acid Analysis Patent
Life Technologies and its Applied Biosystems group have sued GenMark Diagnostics for allegedly infringing a patent owned by Applied Biosystems and related to a multiplex, PCR-based polynucleotide-capture method.
