Transcriptome Sequencing of 25 Prostate Cancer Tumors IDs Novel Gene Fusions
The researchers are now collaborating with the Broad Institute to sequence the transcriptomes and whole genomes of around 100 prostate cancer samples, including the 25 sequenced in the Genome Research study.
