Proteomics-Based MicroRNA Study Shows Broad Cross-Field Potential of ISB-ETH Zurich SRMAtlas
The study offers scientists a streamlined method for investigating the effects of miRNAs on protein expression and is "quite typical" of the kind of work the ISB and ETH Zurich's SRMAtlas will help facilitate, said Ruedi Aebersold, co-developer of the SRMAtlas.
