CLC Bio, Roche, Danish Partners to Develop Methods for Sequencing, Analyzing FFPE Samples
Under the $5 million project, the partners plan to develop a platform for selecting appropriate FFPE samples, choosing an optimal sequencing technology, and assembling and analyzing the sequence data.
