Illumina Sues Complete Genomics for Infringement; Two Patents in Case Under Reexamination with USPTO
All three Illumina patents named in the suit have been the subject of recent legal quarrels between Illumina and Life Technologies, including reexaminations by the US Patent and Trademark Office. Two of them were recently rejected by the USPTO in a non-final action.
