For 454 Technology, Roche Bets on Specific Apps, Taking Share from Sanger
The company is seeing "good acceptance" for the GS Junior, a desktop sequencer it launched in May. Early-access users are also testing a long-read package for the GS FLX that currently provides read lengths of approximately 600 bases.
