PerkinElmer Drops Legal Actions Against MDS, Life Tech; FTC Gives Nod to Analytical Technologies Sale
Following action by PerkinElmer that freed up the acquisition of the Life Technologies/MDS mass spec joint venture and MDS Analytical Technologies by Danaher, the FTC gave provisional approval of the Analytical Technologies sale.
