EBI Launches Open Access Cheminformatics Resources Based on Once-Proprietary Data
ChEMBLdb and Kinase SARfari are the first public projects from EBI's ChEMBL group, formed last year after the Wellcome Trust awarded the institute £4.7 million ($7.7 million) to transfer several cheminformatics databases from drug-discovery firm Galapagos into the public domain.
