New Illumina Suit Alleges Affy's GeneTitan, GeneAtlas, ArrayStation Infringe IP
The suit, the second in six months, alleges that Affy's GeneTitan, GeneAtlas, and ArrayStation instruments infringe US Patent No. 7,612,020, entitled "Composite Arrays Utilizing Microspheres with a Hybridization Chamber."
