International Team Sequences Genome of Potato Blight Pathogen
A Broad Institute and Sainsbury Laboratory-led team reported today that they have sequenced the genome of the potato blight pathogen Phytophthora infestans, identifying genome features that offer clues to the pest's ability to infect plants and overcome immunity.
