Helicos Demonstrates BAC Sequencing with 'Virtual Terminator' Nucleotides
In a paper published online in Nature Methods this week, Helicos scientists showed that they could use the reversible terminator nucleotides to sequence a canine bacterial artificial chromosome with even coverage.
