UCSC Cancer Genomics Browser Merges Large-Scale Data Sets from Clinical and Genomics Worlds
The UCSC Genome Browser's familiar display of linear, sequence-based tracks doesn't work well with clinical data from large numbers of patients, so the UCSC team departed from that approach in designing the Cancer Genomics Browser.
