Qiagen this week launched several assays for miRNA research, gene silencing, and DNA methylation analysis.

The new PyroMark CpG assays enable high-resolution methylation analysis of specific genomic targets. Using pyrosequencing, consecutive methylation sites can be analyzed independently and quantitative methylation data can be obtained quickly and conveniently, Qiagen said.
