The University of Arizona Cancer Center is one of 41 nationally recognized NCI designated Comprehensive Cancer Centers in the United States. This designation reflects the commitment of the faculty to discover advances in cancer treatment. As a result, our patients receive comprehensive oncology services and access to clinical trials at our clinics on the North campus and Orange Grove campus. Patients treated here receive the highest-quality outpatient treatment, lab services and ongoing care.
Patients at The University of Arizona Cancer Center are treated in one or more of our multidisciplinary clinics. Each multidisciplinary team consists of physicians and health care professionals, such as medical oncologists, surgical oncologists, radiation oncologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, nutritionists, social workers, genetic counselors and more, who are experts in their specialties. This multidisciplinary approach means our patients get the best treatment possible: treatment tailored to them.
