The Post-Doctorate fellowship includes a monthly stipend and research contingency funds. a) The monthly stipend of the FAPESP post-doctoral fellowship is R$ R$ 6.143,40 (USD 2,779.00) - Annual = R$ 73.720,00 (USD 33,357.00) b) The Research Contingency Funds are intended for use in activities developed by the Fellowship holder, strictly related to the fellowship research project, during the term of the fellowship. The funds are equivalent to 15 per cent of the annual value of the fellowship. Post-doctoral positions available at the Center of Toxins, Immune Response and Cell Signaling (CeTICS) - Instituto Butantan-São Paulo, Brazil, with a scholarship of Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado de São Paulo (FAPESP)

-Project: “Proteomics applied to the study of signaling events triggered by snake venom proteinases”. The project involves the use of proteomic approaches to analyze the effects of the metalloproteinase HF3 on fibroblasts and endothelial cells. Applicants should have proven experience with orthogonal chromatography, protein electrophoresis and mass spectrometry.
