An Associate in Research position is open in the College of Pharmacy Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Washington State University Riverpoint Campus in Spokane, WA. This position is located in the laboratory of Philip Lazarus, PhD, whose research focuses on the general areas of metabolism, gene-environment interactions, and pharmacogenetics, spanning the spectrum of cancer causation, prevention and treatment.
All applicants must have a minimum of a Master’s degree in genetics, pharmacology, biochemistry or a related field.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in molecular biology and biochemical techniques like liquid chromatography.

The College of Pharmacy is located on Washington State University’s Riverpoint campus in Spokane, WA. The College occupies the new Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Sciences Building, a 125,000 square-foot research and educational facility, that was completed in November 2013.
