Personalis Clinical Services provides clinicians and researchers an accurate and comprehensive end-to-end human exome/genome sequencing and analysis solution, through our on-site CLIA lab. Our services assist clinicians in the diagnosis of pediatric syndromes, rare genetic diseases, and other clinical applications of genomic technologies. We also provide services for researchers engaging in large case-control and family-based genome studies of complex or Mendelian diseases and traits, pharmacogenomics, and cancer. Located in Menlo Park, CA, we are seeking a talented and highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our Team.
The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the marketing activities for the continue development and commercial support of the Personalis Clinical Services.
|•||Develop product strategy and plan for penetrating target clinical applications and targets|
|•||Prepare and implement new product/service launches|
|•||Work with R&D to build product/service roadmap and requirements|
|•||Collaborate with marketing communications to develop product messaging and sales collateral|
|•||Build and maintain relationships with key customers and key opinion leaders to ensure successful adoption and evolution of clinical exome/genome services|
|•||Develop clinician education and training materials|
|•||Perform market segmentations analysis, competitor analysis, and provide pricing recommendations|
|•||Provide accurate marketing forecasts|
|•||Identify unmet customer needs and support development of short and long-range strategies for product/service expansion|
|•||Train and support the field organization to ensure accomplishment of the annual revenue plan|
|•||B.S. in life science, advanced degree (MS in Genetic Counseling, Ph.D. or M.B.A.) desired|
|•||Genetic counseling or other clinical experience highly valued|
|•||Minimum 5 years of product marketing experience required|
|•||10+ total years of life science, clinical or healthcare experience|
|•||Excellent knowledge of the clinical diagnostics market, experience with cancer research a plus|
|•||Experience with reimbursement strategy a plus|
|•||Track record of successful product/service launches|
|•||Strong analytical skills|
|•||Ability to build and present a strong business case|
|•||Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills|
|•||Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment|
|•||Excellent communication and presentation skills|
|•||Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%|
