We are seeking a Master-level research associate in our fast-growing clinical department. The major responsibilities include analysis and interpretation of sequencing data from clinical patients, assisting the management of work-flow, involvement in the technical aspects of clinical tests, and curation of internal clinical databases.
Master degree in biological sciences and preferentially 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of human genetics, genetic database queries and mining, and bioinformatics is required.
Expertise in sequencing data analysis (both Sanger and Next Generation) and PCR primer design is a must.
