Appistry is looking for an energetic and aggressive inside sales representative to join our sales team selling to the Life Sciences community. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and closing new sales within your assigned territory. Along with closing business your daily responsibilities will include uncovering and generating new leads using both telephone and digital communications, qualifying and converting those leads into business opportunities, delivering presentations, and generating proposals.
•Inside Sales activities to meet quota on a monthly basis
•Identify and generate new leads through a variety of methods, including internal lead sourcing, online sourcing, and networking
•Cultivate and convert prospects into qualified opportunities via cold calling, email and online presentations
•Engage in discovery conversations with customers to uncover new opportunities while also offering a compelling overview of our services and solutions.
•Collaborate effectively to move qualified prospects through the sales process
•Follow up on referrals to uncover new opportunities
•Orchestrate online webinars with prospective clients and/or existing customers
•Maintain client relationships and encourage future business through timely correspondence and updates on Appistry’s latest offerings (via email/phone)
•Work with Appistry personnel and outside partners to satisfy clients’ inquiries and develop new accounts
•Maintain accurate and descriptive account records within CRM (ie SalesForce.com ) Complete/maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering and reports for Sales Manager
•Generate quotes, proposals and service agreements (includes product/service descriptions & pricing) via CRM
•Initiate payment process and coordinate as needed with Appistry accounting department
•Conduct post sale follow up meetings to gain feedback and ensure satisfaction while exploring future opportunities
•Participate in sales team meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items
•Identify areas of improvement in the company and assist in creating and implementing solutions
