Be part of something great! Bio-Rad's Life Science Group (LSG) has an exciting opportunity for an e-Commerce guru to build an antibody storefront servicing the entire Life Science Group business community.
Your primary role is to provide leadership, management and marketing direction to the team. You will also be responsible for the successful implementation of the content library within established budgetary and time sensitive parameters in order to achieve sales and revenue goals for the Group.
•Manage a team of product managers, responsible for the growth of the antibody product portfolio.
•Manage validated antibody content on Bio-Rad’s Platforms for Western Blots, Flow cytometry, Protein Assay Kits, Bio-Plex and ELISA, increasing attachment rates to platforms.
•Develop marketing plans, budget and activities to deliver antibody and other content products to meet the portfolio needs for LSG.
•Create online sales channel, build infrastructure and drive global on line marketing for consumable content.
•Establish CRM demand strategy for consumables, including loyalty, cross sell and up sell.
•Maintain market intelligence and assess market opportunities for expanding the content related OEM product portfolio in existing areas and identify new product range opportunities.
•Work cross-functionally with different departments including Operations, IT and e-commerce to ensure systems and processes are in place to support the launch of new product types.
•Maintaining a pipeline of new products and executing product launches in a timely manner.
•Interface with sales organization, supply chain and product management.
•Working closely with Life Science Divisions to support the execution of tactical marketing activities and monitor competitive trends.
