•Develop and implement marketing plan across all product lines for ProteinSimple, working in close collaboration with product management.
•Responsible for overall brand consistency across all product lines.
•Drive lead generation and customer awareness.
•Responsible for marketing activities including development of eblasts, newsletters, banner ads, flyers, print ads, brochures, product listings, and application notes.
•Responsible for publication of product material (eg product manuals, product inserts, data sheets)
•Responsible for all aspects of corporate website and associated microsites.
•Ownership of internally and externally hosted webinars.
•Responsible for marketing analytics through marketing automation tools and salesforce.com
•Responsible for presence and activities at industry related trade shows/meetings globally.
•Able to work collaboratively with the sales force and product development teams.
•Relentless enthusiasm and a desire to build something different in the life sciences space.
•4+ years of marcom management.
•Has demonstrated effectiveness in increasing customer awareness and lead generation.
•Demonstrated experience in developing a marketing plan and budget
•Has shown ability to co-ordinate and prioritize activities across multiple product lines from multiple product managers.
•Has the proven ability to generate appropriate content for a variety of media.
•Experience with establishing relationships and agreements with appropriate marketing vendors.
•Able to work in fast paced environment and can adapt to shifting timelines and priorities.
•Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with many levels of employees.
•Expertise with standard office software applications (Word, Powerpoint and Excel) and graphic applications (Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop, Dreamweaver, FrameMaker and InDesign).
•Highly proficient in salesforce.com
•Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent the Company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty and professionalism, to include standard of dress and courtesy at all times.
•Ability to travel adequately including attendance at major trade shows and user meetings.
•Located in the Bay area.
•BS/BA degree in scientific field is required.
