Summary:
We are seeking a self-motivated Research Associate to join our Proteomics and Biomarkers group. This position will be primarily responsible for antibody drug conjugate characterization and/or hydrogen/deuterium exchange analysis of Veloclmmune antibodies under the guidance of a principal investigator

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Characterize antibody drug conjugates using biochemical and biophysical approaches (e.g., HPLC, Mass Spec. or other analytical methods)
- Learn and perform hydrogen/deuterium exchange using MALDI-TOF and ESI MS instruments
- Drive the implementation of new methodologies to increase the efficiency of HDX workflow
- Perform routine protein analyses including SDS-PAGE, western blot, immunoprecipitation, multiple enzymatic digestion, and LC-MS/MS

B.S. or M.S. in chemistry or biochemistry. Additional requirements include:
- Ability to work effectively within a multidiscipline group in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ideally, a deep knowledge in protein chemistry and mass spectrometry
- Four (4) years or more working in proteomics and/or a hydrogen/deuterium exchange laboratory

Level is commensurate with experience
