In your position as the International Marketing Manager (m/f) on the qPCR/NAP Lifecycle Team, you will be responsible for a variety of international marketing activities for instruments and reagents in the qPCR and DNA/RNA-extraction areas. Your special focus will be on meeting customer requirements and communicating appropriate key messages and value propositions. You will be a member of the globally active "International Business Team" (IBT) supporting country-specific and regional campaigns.
Based on actual or latent customer needs, and in contrast to our competition, you will create target group-focused marketing tools, such as advertising and training materials in print and electronic media;
You will head up international teams for market launches or campaigns, creating and implement marketing and communication plans, checking marketing activities for their effectiveness and efficiency;
You will be responsible for coordinating and implementing scheduled marketing initiatives with the regions, initiating application projects for their support, and planning and monitoring the required marketing budget;
You will ensure interface management between all functions from the International Business Team and the countries and regions of your area of responsibility, improving customer satisfaction by means of active and targeted communication;
You will maintain the content of internal and external communication platforms (e.g., Intranet, Internet);
Developing, updating and monitoring positioning and pricing strategies will also be among your responsibilities;
You will research and prepare market research data and be able to deduce market potentials; you will also update and monitor competitive analyses and comparisons;
You will support the business and quality goals, ensuring that the requirements and specifications of the QM system have been implemented.
