Job Description: 

A postdoctoral position is immediately available in the Genome Sciences Centre at the BC Cancer Agency (BCCA) to study with Dr. Steven Jones, about epigenomic programming processes as a novel approach for cancer therapy.

The fellow will join a laboratory with a focus on leveraging the availability of cancer genomic data to couple drug candidate discovery with the underlying genotype of the tumours being evaluated to identify novel therapeutic targets. The successful candidate will have recently completed graduate studies in a PhD or MD/PhD program with a strong research and publication record in the biological sciences. Experience in molecular biology, cell biology, tissue culture or animal tumor models, is required and familiarity with drug screening is a plus.
