Position Description
Position Summary:

Manages and executes the sales of mainly Expression products in the assigned territory. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate sales forecasts, developing new sales prospects, taking the lead in the management of strategic accounts and developing key account business plans. They also work with the Clinical specialists) closely and to some degree the Genotyping specialists. Also work with Pano sales where the Value proposition of Pano and Expression will work together.

Accountabilities and KPI’s
- To achieve revenue quota for Expression sales
- To achieve Expression growth target
- To achieve profit target(s)
- To achieve Expression customer retention target
- To achieve Expression customer recovery target
- To achieve customer conquest targets
- To achieve quota for support on Cyto genetics and Genotyping sales

Position Requirements
• Create and present the quarterly forecasts
• Performance manage the Expression specialist sales team
• Grow of business by capturing new accounts/business
• Generation of and qualification of sales leads to expand sales opportunities
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to achieve penetration, retention and loyalty
• Identifying and mitigate competitive barriers to increasing sales
• Provide market intelligence which influences the direction of organization
